Privacy policy
LeakyLander is a free landing-page generator operated by Revyfix ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@revyfix.com. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. There are three situations, so find the one that applies to you.
1. You signed up on a page someone made with LeakyLander
Pages at leakylander.com/p/… are created by our users — typically an online store. When you enter your email on one of those pages:
- The page's creator is the data controller of your email — they decide why it's collected and what it's used for. We host the page and store the email on their behalf (we are a processor).
- We store your email address and the time you signed up. Nothing else — no cookies, no tracking.
- If the creator connected their email tool (e.g. their newsletter provider), we also forward your email there at the moment you sign up.
- To be removed: the fastest route is unsubscribing from / contacting the brand whose page it was. You can also email us the page link and your address at hello@revyfix.com and we'll delete your email from our storage.
2. You created a page with LeakyLander
- There are no accounts. We store the content you typed into the template and a secret manage key, and — for email-capture templates — the emails your page collects.
- You are the data controller for the emails your page captures. Only collect what you need, be honest about what signups get, and honor removal requests. Our terms cover this relationship.
- You can permanently delete your page and all its captured emails at any time with the Delete button on your manage dashboard.
- We process your IP address transiently to rate-limit page creation and signups (abuse prevention, legitimate interest). Rate-limit counters expire automatically within an hour.
3. You joined our email list
The email box on our own site ("Get 20 high-converting landing page templates") feeds our list, run through Kit. We use it to send you what you asked for and occasional related material. Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email.
Where your data lives
We use a small number of service providers (sub-processors): Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database for pages and captured emails), and Kit (our own email list only). They are US-based providers certified under the EU–US / UK Data Privacy Framework and process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep things
- Pages and their captured emails: until the creator deletes the page, or we remove it (e.g. for abuse or long inactivity).
- Our email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Rate-limit counters (IP-derived): minutes to one hour.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Email hello@revyfix.com — we respond within one month. You can also complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Cookies
None. LeakyLander sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts — on our site or on hosted pages.
Changes
